Each of the above listed business and business owner/officer (individually and collectively, “you”, The Merchant, are agreeing to have READ and AGREE to all terms and conditions downloadable below referenced via “Terms and Conditions” in the sentence above. Furthermore, by checking the agree box, you agree to allow the checkbox to function as your signature for all applicable Merchant Processing Agreement & Addendum authorizing Merchant Direct Wholesale Processing DBA Save Merchant Service and each of its representatives, successors, assigns and designees (“Recipients”) to sign the appropriate merchant agreement for you.   These terms allow the merchant to use a terminal free of charge as long as merchant is processing through Save Merchant Service or its vendors. Merchant agrees to pay all processing rates and fees as  stated on the merchant agreement and agrees to a three  (3) year  processing agreement as specified in the Terms of Default. Upon termination of the merchant account, merchant  agrees that the equipment must be returned to Save Merchant Service. If the equipment is not returned within 14 days of termination, merchant agrees to pay the equipment retail value of the terminal(s). Furthermore, if the  terminal is returned in a damaged condition because of misuse, neglect, or mishandling, merchant agrees  to pay the above fees  to replace the damaged equipment. Save Merchant  Services  reserves  the  right  to  substitute  different  terminals  than  those  listed  due  to availability and technological capability. If the terminal ceases to function, every effort will be made to get the terminal operational or it will be replaced with another terminal. Merchant agrees to pay all shipping charges associated with shipping the terminal back to Save Merchant Services or the specified  Vendor.  By  Clicking  Agree,  merchant  agrees  to  the  conditions  in  this  agreement and authorizes Save Merchant Services to ACH debit merchant’s bank account, or charge merchant’s credit  or  debit  card  if  the  equipment  is  not  returned  or  damaged  due  to  misuse,  neglect  or mishandling. Merchant agrees to always protect equipment from lightning strikes or power surges.   Merchant also  understands they  are  using the  Cash  Discounting Program from Save  Merchant Service and its Vendors. A cash discount program is a type of credit card processing that passes the cost of acceptance back to customers who choose to pay with a credit card or debit card. Cash discount merchant services allow business owners to continue to accept all major credit cards. The fee passed to the customer is 3.99%.

You are submitting a request to be connected with one of our third party lenders or lending partners. Your E-Consent for our connecting service and for our third party lenders’ or lending partners’ consideration of your connecting request cannot be withdrawn because it is a one-time transaction. If you are connected with one or more third party lenders or lending partners, you are free to withdraw you rE-Consent with them at any time and at no charge. However, if you withdraw this E-Consent before receiving credit, you may be prevented from obtaining credit from the lender or lending partner. Contact the third party lender or lending partner directly if you wish to withdraw this E-consent. If you decide to withdraw this E-Consent, the legal effectiveness, validity, and enforceability of prior electronic Disclosures will not be affected.Change to Your Contact Information. You should keep third party lenders or lending partners informed of any change in your electronic address or mailing address. You may update such information by logging into their website or by sending them a written update by mail. YOUR ABILITY TO ACCESS DISCLOSURES. BY CLICKING THE LINK, YOU ASSENT TO OUR TERMS.
